The RFO – Management – Operational Secretariat

For the overall project coordination and management the involved RFO Lead Partner has decided to establish an RFO Operational Secretariat in order to ensure a proper implementation of “Progresdec”. The RFO Operational Secretariat is carrying out the project management on behalf of the Lead Partner, the Region of Lazio, Italy.
The Operational Secretariat takes care of the day-to-day management, keeps contact with the RFO partners and SP Lead partners, supports the sub-projects and works in close cooperation and coordination.
Furthermore the Secretariat is responsible for the overall RFO-reporting to the INTERREG IIIC South Joint Technical Secretariat in Valencia, the organisation and follow-up of the RFO-Steering Committees and the external presentation of the RFO.

The RFO – Management – Financial Management

The Lead partner of the RFO “Progresdec” has chosen to delegate the financial management to the BIC Lazio S.p.A. based in Rome.
The BIC Lazio S.p.A .has extensive experiences in managing EU-funds. The Financial Manager is responsible for the RFO internal handling of EU-funds and co-financing.
Furthermore the Financial Manager elaborates the financial report of the overall RFO-report and prepares the Implementation Agreement which is signed between the Regione Lazio and the RFO sub-projects. He also takes care of a proper financial implementation of the project.
